Return Policy

As our teas are consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
